JOSEPH P LANGAN

Joseph Langan recently joined Legend Properties as a Senior Sales Associate. Joe brings three decades of engineering, construction management and real estate development, including commercial leasing, financing and property management experience to the Legend team. Joe has managed development deals from inception to completion. He successfully built and managed construction of over $200,000,000 of projects ranging from commercial
offices to healthcare, science and technology, and multifamily housing. Joe has co-promoted and co-developed over $75,000,000 in commercial real estate projects.
Previously, Joe was the Principal and ultimately the President of River Drive Construction Co., Inc., for twenty-eight years. Notable construction and development Projects he completed while with River Drive include River Drive Center, Riverfront Center& Riverwalk in Elmwood Park, NJ., a mixed-use office, retail and multifamily project valued at over $100 million, and managed renovations for the JCC on the Palisades in Tenafly, NJ, a $20+million multiphase project. Various other projects completed were for Verizon Wireless, Mack Cali Realty, CBRE and others in the Healthcare, Office and Industrial, Science and Technology and multifamily residential sectors.
Joseph P. Langan graduated from Villanova University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and completed his Masters of Science in Real Estate Development and Investment from NYU in 1990. Through his subsidiary, Langan Energy Solutions, he provided 3rd party energy procurement services as well as energy efficiency and renewable/solar projects to his clients through channel partners.
Brian Goren

Brian Goren joined the Legend team in the fall of 2021. He was part owner of a bagel food truck and a brick and mortar shop in University City prior to
becoming a commercial real estate associate. Brian wanted a new challenge so he obtained his real estate license and hit the ground running. Brian
graduated from Ohio University and is excited for his new career in real estate.
In his few short months with Legend Properties, Brian has already closed two leasing deals.
