Legend's Cherry Hill Office is the company's second largest office. From a very strategic location between Route 70 and Route 73, the company services Burlington, Gloucester and Camden Counties in addition to the Cumberland County area, Cape May and Atlantic counties. Travel down busy highways like Route 70, Route 73, the Whitehorse Pike and Route 42 and the large number of Legend signs will tell you just how dominant the company is in the area.

Office manager Steven DePetris is a 21 year veteran of Commercial Real Estate. Steve, an Annapolis graduate and former Navy Lieutenant, is proud of his CCIM designation. Steve adds the dimensions of investment real estate and extensive tenant representation experience to the listing expertise of the office.
