Legend Properties Brings Value City Furniture to MacArthur Towne Center

WHITEHALL, PA -  Legend Properties, a full service commercial real estate firm in the Philadelphia tri-state region, has leased the former 48,800 SF Giant Grocery store in the MacArthur Towne Center to Value City Furniture, a division of Value City Department Stores, a Schottenstein Stores Corporation.

James S. Balliet of Legend Properties represented the tenant Value City Furniture in a ten year base term sub-lease. The MacArthur Towne Center is also anchored by Big K-Mart, Barnes and Noble, and David’s Bridal.

Schottenstein Management Company of Columbus, Ohio also owns Value City Department Stores, DSW Shoe Warehouse, American Eagle Outfitters and Filene’s Basement. The store is currently open for business.
