Boston Market

When Boston Market bought Roy Rogers they hired Legend Properties, Inc. to dispose of over 35-units that were not going to be utilized by the company. Legend Properties, Inc., through an aggressive marketing campaign, sold or leased almost all of those units.

MRO/Hardees

Legend Properties, Inc. represents MRO Restaurant group in handling their surplus Pizza Hut and Hardees units. Legend Properties, Inc. has completed several transactions including new deals with Wendy's, Enterprise Car Leasing and Popeye's Chicken.

Pizza Hut - Legend Properties was appointed exclusive broker representing Duckery Enterprises in the disposition of approximately 41 Pizza Hut units. Steven DePetris has sold over 20 units in the Philadelphia area.

Circuit City

Legend Properties has subleased several stores in less than 90 days.

Giant

Legend Properties has leased the 48,000 sf former grocery store in the Mac Arthur Town Center to Value City Furniture.

Staples

Legend Properties has subleased the 47,000 sf Staples in Warminster Plaza.

Service Merchandise

Legend Properties has leased and sold the former Service Merchandise building in Wilkes Barre, PA.
