Benderson Development is completing its III of Consumer Square.  Plans call for a Phase IV, across the Black Horse Pike. Loew's opened across from English Creek Shopping Center. Also, JDN is planning a Wal-Mart anchored shopping center on the Black Horse Pike and Fire Road.  In Atlantic City, several new casinos are planning retail/entertainment projects, including a project adjacent to the Convention Center.  Additionally, a major redevelopment of the Boardwalk retail is also in the works.
