Joseph Scarpa Joe Scarpa brings marketing, consultative, and e-business services to real estate clients in South Jersey, specifically Cape May, Cumberland, Salem, and Gloucester Counties. Joe has been involved in project management and contract negotiations throughout his 20-year naval career. He is an adjunct faculty instructor on e-business at Cumberland County College, Vineland NJ. Joe is extremely familiar with development, energy, and environmental issues in South Jersey. Joe is active in the region. He is the public relations chair for the Institute for Supply Management's International Conference (25-28 April 2004 in Philadelphia). He is on the Energy/Environment working group for SMART (Strengthening the Mid-Atlantic Region for Tomorrow), focusing on the technology assets that exist in our four-state region. He authored the Government Opportunities web page for HUBS: Hospitals, Universities, Businesses, Schools, and helps business win Government contracts. Originally from West Chester PA, Joe and his family live in Pennsville, the largest town in Salem County, New Jersey--the "Garden" of the Garden State. He is active with the Chamber of Commerce, the TriState REALTORS® Commercial Alliance, and the Newcomen Society. He has an A.A.S. in electronics/computer technology from Heald Institute, a B.S. in economics from University of Delaware and an M.S. in management from the Naval Postgraduate School.
